Misrepresentation warning (17 U.S.C. §512(f)). You may be liable for damages and attorneys’ fees if you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing.
If your material was removed or access was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, your counter-notice must include:
Send to support@ToneMethod.com with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice – [Reference].
After we receive a valid counter-notice. We will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain your use, we may restore the material at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate access for users or partners who are determined, in our reasonable discretion, to be repeat infringers. We may also remove individual items without terminating an account.
Do not use the DMCA process for trademark disputes, defamation, privacy, contract issues, or counterfeit/consumer-protection complaints. Report those through the appropriate legal channels or to the relevant platform.
Some content (for example, images, videos, scripts, or offer pages) may be hosted by third parties such as CDNs, ad networks, affiliate programs, or media hosts. If the infringement is on a third-party host, you may also need to notify that provider directly.
We accept notices from rights-holders worldwide. If your claim arises outside the U.S., follow the same format. Where local law requires different wording, include both your local-law statement and the DMCA statements above.
We may share copies of notices, counter-notices, and related correspondence with the affected user, hosting providers, and applicable authorities. By submitting a notice, you consent to this disclosure.
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
